TLMT Oʻahu 2026 will be hosted from November 9 – 12 at The Ritz-Carlton Oʻahu, Turtle Bay, located on Oʻahu's beautiful North Shore.
We have secured a group room block starting at $519 per night, plus applicable taxes and resort fees. Rooms at this property rarely become available at this rate, so we anticipate that the room block will fill quickly.
Upgraded rates are also available for suites and bungalows for attendees seeking additional space and accommodations.
The special group rate is available for up to three nights before and three nights after the conference dates, subject to availability, providing an excellent opportunity to extend your stay and enjoy Oʻahu.
The hotel booking link will be provided upon completion of conference registration.
Guests of Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay are required to provide a two-night deposit when booking. The remaining balance for their stay will be charged 21 days prior the scheduled arrival date. It is the guest's responsibility to track and manage their travel reservations. TLMT is not responsible for any issues arising from the guest’s failure to adhere to the cancellation policy. .
